OSPAC acronym for OCEAN STATE PERFORMING ARTS CENTER, now known as PROVIDENCE PERFORMING ARTS CENTER opened as LOEW'S STATE in 1928. The following manual was commissioned by OSPAC GM Ted Stevens and written by me, Bob Foreman, assisted by Kevin Meskill (who also drew charts), Joe Heelon and Dick Peterson and was completed in 1981.
